preparation
Add 200ml of water. Empty sachet of powder into a glass. Mix with a fork until the powder has dissolved. Alternatively, a shaker can be used.

A really nice meal replacement shake that is full of flavour and keeps me satisfied for several hours. The shakes mix well and are very smooth, unlike some shakes which are chalky and bitty. The chocolate flavour is rich without being sickly. I purchased these as they don’t contain the artificial sweeteners that irritate my stomach. The reduced lactose formula is also gentler on my stomach than other shakes.
