preparation
Add 200ml of water. Empty sachet of powder into a glass. Mix with a fork until the powder has dissolved. Alternatively, a shaker can be used.

Really liked this flavour. Loved to mix it with coffee to make a protein iced coffee and get lots of nutrients from it.
Loved the taste of this one. You can taste the vanilla with a stronger cinnamon taste too. Very creamy and filling.
