Preparation Instructions

USING A SHAKER

  1. Add approximately 3-4 heaped dessertspoons (57g) of powder.
  2. Top up with 200ml of milk or cooled, previously boiled water.
  3. Securely fasten the lid and shake well until all powder has dissolved.

Add more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. Mix with 200ml of milk for a higher energy drink.

USING A GLASS

  1. Add approximately 3-4 heaped dessertspoons (57g) of powder to a large glass.
  2. Measure out 200ml of milk or cooled, previously boiled water, and add a little to the glass.
  3. Mix the contents of the glass to form a smooth paste with a whisk or fork.
  4. Top up the glass with the remaining water or milk and stir again until it becomes a smooth liquid.

Add more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. Mix with 200ml of milk for a higher energy drink.

Important Information

Kendalife Medi+ is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. It should only be used for this age range under medical supervision. Diabetics, or those requiring a specialist diet due to a medical condition should consult a healthcare professional before taking Kendalife Medi+. Not suitable for those with cow’s milk allery or galactosaemia. Kendalife Medi+ is intended as a supplement to a normal diet, and is not to be used as the sole source of nutrition.
